By accessing or using resourceexplorer.com.au (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Resource Explorer is an analytics platform covering ASX-listed exploration companies. It aggregates publicly available regulatory filings, market data, and project-level disclosures, layering proprietary scoring and editorial picks on top.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond what the public interface offers.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data, scores, or editorial picks without prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer scoring methodology beyond what is publicly documented at /methodology.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or mislead.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
4. Intellectual property
The Resource Explorer name, branding, scoring methodology, editorial picks, and the structured database derived from regulatory filings are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The underlying regulatory filings remain the property of their original issuers; the value Resource Explorer adds — extraction, cleansing, structuring, scoring — is our IP.
5. Data accuracy
Resource Explorer derives data from third-party sources, primarily ASX filings, IRESS Pro, and Norgate Data. While we cleanse known errors, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of derived data, scores, or editorial commentary. Always verify against original source filings before acting on the information.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Resource Explorer and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. The courts of Western Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
